We are approx a 50 minute drive from Faro airport along the main A22 motorway. Lisbon airport can be reached in around 2 hours.

Yes the apartment is fitted with hi speed internet.

Yes air conditioning units are fitted in both bedrooms and the lounge.

The air conditioning units can also be used for heating.

Yes, we are fully approved by the Portuguese council to rent our apartment and our licence number is 113400/AL

Intermarche and Continente are both within close proximity of the apartment. By car it takes around 2/3 minutes and will take around 15 minutes by foot.

As well as the leisure complex Oasis Parque also has a cafe/bar/restaurant which is open every day for breakfast , lunch and dinner ( no dinner on Saturday ) . They also offer local beers, snacks, ice creams etc.

There is a large outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool ( heated Nov - April ), children's pool, covered babies pool, jacuzzi spa, 2 x tennis courts, children's play ground plus massage availability,

The apartment has two rackets and balls that you are welcome to use.

Yes, the apartment has a safe .

Yes a hairdryer is available .

Yes the apartment has a DVD player and a large selection of DVD's.

The apartment can sleep 5, which ideally will be 2 adults and 3 children . The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds along with a trundle bed and this room sleeps 3.

After selecting the week you would like please proceed to book, you will be charged a booking deposit of £200.The balance will then be due by bank transfer 6 weeks before the rental. If the rental is within 6 weeks of booking the full balance will be due at the time of booking.

£200 will be held on your credit card, and will be returned to you within 7 days of the end of your rental providing the apartment is left in the same condition it was rented to you with no damage, all keys are returned along with al the leisure complex access cards.

The £200 booking deposit is non refundable . Cancellation between  8 weeks and 4 week will incur a 50% charge , cancellation within 4 weeks will incur a 100% charge .Any cancellation because of Covid 19 Travel Restrictions will be entitled to a full refund.

In the event of international travel to Portugal being restricted all booking charges will be refunded.

Yes, the cost is fully inclusive of a check out clean. For rentals of 2 weeks or more an extra linen change will be provided half way through the rental period.

Our management company Careways have an office within the complex and can help you with any problems.

Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels.

A cot and a high chair can be added when making the booking. There is a small additional charge for this.

On arrival you will call in at the reception to pick up the apartment keys and leisure access cards. Reception opening hours are Monday to Saturday 09.00 until 17.30. Reception is closed on Sundays & Bank Holidays. If you arrive outside these hours keys will be left in a security box for you to collect.

A rental car is advisable however it is possible to get around the local area by taxi which are easy to call & affordable. There is also a regular bus service into Alvor and Portimao, and it is possible to reach the two local supermarkets by foot in around 15 minutes.

Yes, the apartment has a very good BBQ which you are welcome to use. It must be cleaned after use however as this is not included in the service cost.

Yes the apartment is fully air conditioned and this is included in the cost of the rental. It is however based on reasonable usage.
